No internet needed after this. Videos never leave your phone.

Pick everything you might use - the autopilot chooses the moments.
The song the cut moves to. One track per cut.

Bin

Empty. Add as many videos or images as you like - the autopilot cuts across all of them.

Your BLOCKED moments are remembered per video, even after closing the page. Export saves them to a file as backup; Import brings them back.

Builds the whole cut on the beat. Every dial below is pre-set - touch one only to steer, then Run again for a fresh roll.

Dials (already pre-set) ▾
Where in the song your cut begins.
35s
How long the finished video runs. Ignored while "Fill the whole song" is on.
On: the cut runs to the very end of the track. Off: the Cut length slider decides.
Tension = long holds while the song builds, a burst of quick cuts at the peak, then it settles.
65%
How long one shot can hold while the music builds. Higher = longer holds.
70%
How fast the cuts get at the song's peak. Higher = faster flashes.
2
Stammer = how choppy the fast bursts get. Higher is choppier.
1
Repeats a quick shot back-to-back for the stutter effect. 2 = deeper stutters.
Long holds slow down so they breathe.
Long holds alternate between slow motion and quick bursts.
9%
Photos drift instead of sitting still. 0% freezes them.
Which way the zoom drifts. Mixed keeps it varied.
0.12s
Soft blend between two LONG shots. Quick cuts always hit hard.
2
25%
How much of the cut can be photos. 25% means at least 75% moving video. The same still never comes back within 10 minutes of the reel.
For a still set that's all one model: one of her photos lands about every 2 minutes over the video spine, rotating through the set so no photo repeats within 10 minutes. Leave off for mixed stills. How long before the same video can come back. Higher = more variety.
Turn on when the footage is adult. Unlocks the taste dials below; the app studies your sources for faces and framing.

Cut list

Each clip row: speed (slow-mo or faster), ▶ previews it, ↑↓ reorder, ✕ removes it. The row under it: start/End trims to catch more of the moment, loop repeats it, reverse plays it backwards, stammer chops it into rapid beat-synced repeats, zoom picks slow or quick, in or out.

No clips yet. Run the autopilot, or mark clips by hand below.

0.40
How loud the clips' own sound is under the music.
The singer always wins: clip audio plays in the instrumental gaps and ducks under the vocals. Turn it off to let clips talk over the song at the level above.
1.00
The track. Keep it at 1.00 - the music should drive.
If an exported video stutters or freezes on your PC, pick Max 720p here and export again - smaller files play back much easier. Off = export matches your biggest source. On = a standard reel frame (1080x1920 vertical, 1920x1080 horizontal, 1080x1080 square), so reels come out one consistent size. Renders in real time: a 35-second cut takes about 35 seconds. Keep this screen awake and in front until the green DONE button appears.

Review & tag (optional)

Big jumps for long videos. The small RW/FF 10s stay up top.
Tap a bin item, play it, hit TAG at a moment you love (a hot moment, a look). Autopilot plants tags on the strong beats. Tags show as red marks in the cut list. Tag run plays each clip start to finish on its own - you just tap TAG as moments come up, and it moves to the next clip by itself. BLOCK is the opposite of TAG: never use this moment (a watermark, a bad stretch) - the autopilot will never cut it, and blocks are remembered per video.
Hand-cut a clip: Mark in, Mark out, Add clip. You never need this - the autopilot does it.
Snap keeps hand-marks on the beat. Only touch BPM if the number looks wrong for the song.

Tap the strip to jump, drag to scrub. Solid lines are beats; taller lines are bars. Colored blocks are your cut slots. Red dots are your tagged moments. Long song? Use Fit whole song, then zoom in where you're working. Fit this video matches the strip to the clip you're reviewing - and scrubbing the strip always covers the whole clip, whatever the zoom.

How this works, always

1. Add videos / images   2. Load music track   3. RUN AUTOPILOT   4. Export cut

While exporting, the blue button counts up - that means it's working. When it finishes, a big green DONE button appears right above this box. On iPhone, tapping it saves to Safari's Downloads (arrow, top right of Safari); tap-hold → Download Linked File puts it in Files.

Everything runs on this page, offline. Nothing leaves your phone.
